    10kg of grass-fed and -finished lamb sourced direct from farmers in Dorrigo and the surrounding area. All this lamb will be delivered free to your doorstep and packaged in vacuum sealed bags (plastic).

    Your 10kg box will contain the entire range of cuts from a whole lamb. Contents of the 10kg Lamb Box is as follows:

    8 cutlets
    6+ forequarters chops
    8+ loin chops
    4 chump chops
    1 rack of ribs
    2 lamb shanks
    1 leg roast
    2-3 packets lamb sausages (The Dorrigo Butcher Gold Medal winning sausage recipe)
