Good Life Beef is delivering 10kg and 20kg packs of our 100% grass-fed beef January 20-28. It is all packaged completely free from plastic in fully compostable vacuum bags.

If you want to really stock up, we also sell Sides of Beef (80kg) which are completely customisable, so you can choose exactly what you want and share it with family or friends (or not!).

Most deliveries will arrive to you just in time for the Australia Day public holiday Jan 26.

What is OSSO BUCCO?

Beef osso bucco is made from cross cut shanks (that’s the shin bone!) with a strong delicious flavour and heaps of healthy collagen.

It is traditionally used in an Italian dish made using a slow cooking technique, served with gremolata and yellow saffron Risotto Milanese.

def: the place of origin or earliest known history of something

The story of Good Life Beef starts in 2019 when, on a family farm near Armidale, NSW, a newly married couple with 25 cows and no land to their name encountered the worst drought in living memory.

Feeding the cows everyday forged a bond stronger than most, but the year was a baptism of fire. For all the months of work and fodder bought, one would expect a reasonable price for an end product, but oversupplies of beef flooded the market as farmers desperately sold their hungry livestock.

Selling beef through regular markets wouldn’t even cover our cost of production.

The origins of Good Life Beef are based in the true value of our animals, for the premium product they represent and for the time, love and care we put in to growing them.

We are blessed to have a following who care about our origins and the story behind their food. THANK YOU!

We are happy in the knowledge that our beef is served up on dinner tables where it is enjoyed, valued and not wasted.
