A great way to save by buying in bulk. Sides are completely customizable, so you can choose how you would like it cut up so you can get exactly the cuts of meat you want! Do you like slow roasting or smoking? Maybe you want all cuts as primals? Thick sliced steak? Just let us know when you order and we will accommodate your requests.
All cuts come cryovacced and packed in 100% plastic free packaging, and portioned as you desire. We can also include the offal, including heart, tongue, liver and kidney if you want the real nose-to-tail experience.
Our basic cuts include:
- Steaks – Scotch, Eye Fillet, Rump, Topside andT-Bone
- Mince – premium mince, nothing but mince!
- Sausages – all Gluten Free!
- Roasts – Blade Roast and Corned Silverside
- Cuts for slow cooking – Osso Bucco, Diced Chuck, Brisket and Beef Short Ribs
- Stir fry strips – full of flavour and ready for the wok

Our non-plastic cryovac bags give an extra long shelf-life and freshness to our meat, so it is ready to eat or freeze when it arrives to you.
